Corporate anniversary
Château du Pouget – Verargues, France
700 guests were reunited on the beautiful site of the Château du Pouget in South of France for the 70th birthday of a local company.
A huge 600m² bar was set up as well as 3 stages, a podium, a very performant sound system and a wonderful light projection on the castle walls.
On the agenda were a fashion show with vintage clothes from the famous brand, a live band, an outside dancefloor and a lot of emotions and surprises!

Palais des Papes – Avignon, France
We organized an award ceremony for an industrial group. Our client wanted to reward their best French salespeople.
For this event, we privatized the beautiful Palais des Papes in Avignon and turned it into a huge game place inspired by French TV Show “Fort-Boyard”. 350 guests were reunited in this place.
A famous TV host, Olivier Minne, was even there to make this moment even more magic!

Château de Serjac – Puissalicon, France
After a pretty serious morning made of various meetings, our 70 guests had the chance to benefit from the beautiful outside areas of the Château de Serjac. They had a buffet lunch in the garden and then had to challenge themselves during various team-building games.
At night, everybody enjoyed a nice dinner around the beautiful swimming pool of the castle.
Just another of the many amazing sites the South of France has to offer!

Paris, France
Our client trusted us again with the organization of their annual convention! For this event, we had the Théâtre du Merveilleux privatized, and it’s an understatement to say that this place lives up to its name! A truly magical place full of surprises.
The 350 guests were gathered for an entire day. The technique and the plenary room were set up during the morning, and the guests attended their session during the afternoon. A famous French TV host, Denis Brogniart, had even been chosen to give the awards to the best salespeople of the company!
In the evening, a dinner was organized, followed by a dance party!
Our guests left the place very delighted by this intense day!
Convention
Nancy, France
In December 2018, 350 persons gathered in Nancy to attend the annual convention of a pharmaceutical group.
The group was divided in several hotels of the city center, and everybody met at the cinema that was privatized for the plenary meeting of the company.
The final night of the event took place in the wonderful Abbaye des Prémontrés near Nancy. A violon player with a LED-decorated dress was here to entertain our guests in this magical place.

Biarritz, France
For this event, our 165 guests hit the road and went to the Basque Country!
The atmosphere was overall very friendly and festive. Revents took care of everything from the transportation to the dinners, the housing and the activities!
The team-building activities were an old car rallye in Biarritz and various games on the beach.
The last night was spent in San Sebastian. Our guests had a pintxos tasting and spent a great moment in this beautiful Spanish city.

Convention
Stockholm, Sweden
For the annual convention of one of our clients, 120 persons flew to Stockholm for a one-week event.
The award ceremony had a very colorful and punchy theme : FLOWER POWER! Giant flowers were hung to the walls and ceiling, beautiful color lights were set up, and a live-band came to perform ABBA songs. Our guests were delighted!
The clients were very studious during their various meetings, but then had the chance to relax and brave the winter cold during their activity : a boat treasure hunt!
A frozen trip that our guests will remember!
Incentive trip
Moscow & St Petersburg, Russia
Around 40 persons from a pharmaceutical group flew to Russia for an amazing trip between St-Petersburg and Moscow. The guests were truly amazed and had the chance to discover the beauty and secrets of this country.
From the Mariiinsky Theatre to the Peter and Paul fortress in St Petersburg, and from the Kremlin to the Moskva river in Moscow, the week was very intense!
Corporate anniversary
Budapest, Hungary
For the 125th anniversary of a food industry client, 70 persons were gathered in Budapest, Hungary.
They had the opportunity to visit the Gellért Bath and the Fisherman’s Bastion and to attend traditional dance shows.
The team-building activity was a cooking challenge! A very nice and fun moment that the guests had the chance to share.
A very nice anniversary that will for sure last in everybody’s memory!
